Manage Your Account and Data
You have full control over your Ratzon App account, data, and user records.
How to Create an Account
- Open the app and tap on **Sign Up**.
- Enter your **email** and **password**.
- A **verification link** will be sent to your email.
- Click the link to **verify** and start using your account by login.
How to Add or Manage ERP Accounts
(For apps with ERP user/student management)
- Go to **Profile** > **Accounts**.
- Tap **Add Account** () to create a new student/user.
- Tap an existing account to **view details**.
- Long-press an account to select, **edit**, or **delete**.
How to Delete Your Account (Irreversible)
If you would like to permanently delete your account associated with the Ratzon App, please follow these steps:
- Open the **Ratzon App** on your device.
- Tap on the **Profile icon**.
- Open the **hamburger menu** (three-line icon) in the top-right corner.
- Select **“Delete Account”** from the menu.
- Read and **Confirm** your request to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
What happens when you delete your account:
- Your personal data (name, email, profile details) will be permanently deleted.
- Any app usage data associated with your account will also be removed immediately.
- **This action is irreversible.**
Data Retention Policy
Deleted Data: Permanently removed from our servers **immediately**.
Deletion Request: You may request deletion anytime
